I would say to start hounding them on Monday. The 1st was a Sunday and it may take a couple of days to send the letter. I am glad that he paid (even if it was only to save his business license.) That shows some of the "punishments" are working!

Since my court date in September DOR found some of the non-custodial's assets and froze them. I just checked the online payment site and see that I have a $275 payment coming. Nothing near what is owed, but at least it's something :)

I think they are so used to people being compliant and not being squeeky when something like what happened with the clerical error happening that they get away with it often, but when we make some noise sometimes it gets things done. Hopef…
I too have been focusing more on my daughter and on school then stressing about the child support we are not receiving. I'm glad to hear about your future job! What are you going to school for?

They have done nothing I have tried everything he now also owes me $750 for a medical bill and told me he just isn't making enough to pay it, (it is now 6 months past due) and CSE said they don't really enforce that but I could try to take him to court for it!!!! - Hey Tammy, I finally found an extra minute to sign up. I think your doing a great job getting the awareness out there. My dead beat is over 20 thousand behind, and every month nothing seems to change, but his debt to me. I guess CSE is just a place to work and collect from those who want to give. 'Cause I see No enforcement at all, ever.
